Antonio Vivaldi. Antonio Vivaldi was born the 4th of March, 1678 in Venice, Italy and died July 28th 1741 in Vienna, Austria. Parents: Giovanni Battista Vivaldi Camilla Calicchio Siblings: Iseppo Santo Vivaldi Iseppo Gaetano Vivaldi Bonaventura Tomaso Vivaldi Margarita Gabriela Vivaldi Cecilia Maria Vivaldi Gerolama Michela Vivaldi Francesco Gaetano Vivaldi. He had eight siblings named Iseppo Santo, Iseppo Gateno, Bonaventura Tomaso, Margarita Gabriela, Cecilia Maria, Gerolama Michela, Francesco Gaetano and Zanetta Anna. Vivaldi wanted to play wind instruments from his childhood but could not fulfill. Vivaldi's parents were Giovanni Battista Vivaldi and Camilla Calicchio, as recorded in the register of San Giovanni in Bragora. Vivaldi had eight siblings: Iseppo Santo Vivaldi, Iseppo Gaetano Vivaldi, Bonaventura Tomaso Vivaldi, Margarita Gabriela Vivaldi, Cecilia Maria Vivaldi, Gerolama Michela Vivaldi, Francesco Gaetano Vivaldi.

Vivaldi worked as a composer for 40 years and worked mainl in a house for homelessgirls. He taught them instrumentals and vocals, even purchased instruments for them.
Maestro di Cappella: Kapellmeister, a term used for somebody who is in charge of music making. The original meaning came from Kapell (stood or “choir” “Orchestra” or “chapel”) and Meister (master).The term changed as music changed.
