Anydesk Portable Version

  



AnyDesk is a powerful remote desktop sharing and control utility with a fast and high quality display and file transfer engine packed into a mere 1MB of program size. With its crisp and no lagging connection, which is encrypted securely using TSL1.2 algorithms, you can virtually perform any task on a remote desktop including video editing, computer aided design and run highly demanding video and audio rendering software. It is portable and can be launched from any computer and connect to any desktop using user permission and passwords for complete access.

You can choose to install AnyDesk on your computer, but by default, it runs in a portable mode without installation. Once you download the file, you can double-click on it, and it will start running. I downloaded and installed anydesk (free licence) in Ubuntu 18.04: sudo dpkg -i anydesk2.9.6-1amd64.deb. But it does not allow me to change the 'alias' (change the number to a custom alias, like e.g. Pc1@MyCompany or machine@ad) (see fingerprint).
